Starkweather Arts Center’s Holiday Shop 2012 is the unique holiday shopping spot for those creative little gifts that make a BIG impression! The Holiday Shop will open with a reception on November 16th from 6-8 pm and will run through December 23rd, 2012. Our Holiday Shop hours will be Thurdays from 11-5 pm, Fridays from 11-5 pm, and Saturdays 11-5 pm.
Hey there, I’m a fellow craftress from Michigan and I may be interested in applying for this. The artist need not be present for the gallery, is that correct? Do you have any more information on this? I’m a little confused, but possibly very intrigued. Do the gifts/crafts have to be holiday themed? Feel free to email me with some more information. I would LOVE to hear from you! I have some crafty items, gift-able types, but I don’t know if you could consider it art. Is this event for strictly artists only? Thank you so much for your time.
