for Starkweather’s 7th Annual Moonflowers and Music Festival!

Taste delicious dishes served up by Romeo area restaurants, peruse our unique local artist market, and be enchanted by the heart-felt sounds of musician Sean Earle!
Tickets are now available for $20 at Starkweather Arts Center and will also be available at the door the evening of the event, for $25. So get your tickets NOW! Regular gallery hours are Thursday through Saturday 11 to 5 and Sunday 11 to 4.

CALL FOR ARTISTS: Moonflowers & Music Festival Juried Art Sale
We are currently seeking artists interested in selling and displaying their original works of art during Starkweather Arts Center’s Moonflowers and Music Festival, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 7, 2010.
Moonflowers & Music provides a unique environment for guests to “sense the arts”, hosted at Starkweather Arts Center in Romeo. There will be live music in the garden, food & wine tasting provided by local restaurants, and a juried art sale. You are invited to participate in a great opportunity to show and sell your creative work to visitors during this festive one-night event. Tables are available for $40.00 for the evening. Artist will have the option to leave their merchandise in the gallery for sale through August 29th at no additional charge.
The application deadline has been extended to July 29th and artists will be informed of their acceptance by July 30th. There is still room available!
