While the ominous clouds might have kept some of the bikers at home last Thursday, it could not daunt the enthusiastic fans of the Back Door Blues Band! Zydeco Hepcats at Blues & Brews!
Motorcycles lined the streets during Romeo’s weekly bike night and plenty of passerbys were pausing outside Starkweather Arts Center to find the source of the blues music being played by the wonderful Zydeco Hepcats! Where do you see beauty? We want to know! Show everyone where you see beauty to benefit A Beautiful Me and Starkweather Arts Center. This event will take place Friday November 11, 2011 from 6-9 pm and will showcase works in all media from local artists. This exhibition is open to all artists of all ages. 9th Annual Members Show Opening Reception
The 9th Annual Member’s Show Opening had a fabulous turn out of long-time members and quite a few new faces too! Patrons enjoyed homemade comfort food, wine, inspiring art work, good conversation and a wonderful performance by North Romeo Rabble.
